Cycling Class

Our Rhythm Ride is an enhanced fitness experience that brings together music and rhythm.

Not sure you can ride to the beat? Our instructors will encourage you to find your own rhythm. Riding on and off the beat is a method that can assist you in finding your inner metronome. The characteristics of a rhythm ride include synchronization and choreography.

You will gain improved core and lat strength, lower your stress, improve your mood, and keep coming back for more!

power beats

Cycling Class

Our Power-based rides are a fun, challenging, and slightly rhythmic experience which helps improve your strength and endurance by focusing on performance-based techniques.

Not sure what that entails? Let your instructor lead the way as they leverage the Stages display monitor to target specific cadence (RPM) and watt (Power) ranges to optimize your experience.

These calorie-blasting sessions will trigger the after-burn effect while taking your fitness journey to the next level.

Fitness Class

A combination of free weights, exercise ball, resistance band work, and body weight exercises that includes aerobic strength training routines, flexibility exercises and balance training.

Take the challenge to increase the functional strength, stamina, and balance of your entire body.

This workout will challenge your cardio and condition your entire body.

Fitness Class

Barre is an intense workout that combines lightweight high-repetition and cardiovascular training into a single session.

It engages muscles you wouldn’t normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges, and sit-ups don’t reach.

With high reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

vinyasa yoga

Yoga Class

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.

This class is designed to help our TEAM members recover, loosen, and relax tight muscles. You will discover peace, quiet, and relaxation. Our yoga class is for everyBODY and will teach you how to obtain balance of the Mind & Body.
